This week’s favorites in no particular order: I have some freshly cooked & mashed pumpkin that I think is screaming to be turned into pumpkin pancakes. Finding time to do all the things we want/need, is more about using time well and prioritizing than it is about extra hours. Is it the person / people or the is it the circumstances that make us great? There’s nothing better than a good bean soup, in my opinion and I’m thinking Rosemary Garlic Italian Bean Pot will be filling my crock pot
